My superpower lies in leveraging soft skills to meaningfully connect with and develop people and organizations. I’m passionate about driving progress, offering valuable insights, and introducing fresh perspectives. I believe in cultivating a healthy culture where integrity is paramount, and the end never justifies the means.
As a storyteller, I communicate with vulnerability, guiding others toward breakthroughs and "Aha" moments. With a deep understanding of organizational psychology and high-performance thinking, I ask probing questions and employ inspiration, intuition, and strategic frameworks to unlock and elevate the potential of both individuals and organizations.
My wife Maryanne and I have been married 35 years and together have 4 adult children (3 married) and 5 grandchildren. We love traveling and the outdoors...hiking mountains and canoeing in the backcountry!
